La Letrado Directora del despacho, Doña Paz Arroyo de la Rosa, tiene veintiún años de experiencia profesional como abogada y, además, como estudiante pues, nunca ha dejado de formarse y de estar actualizada.
En cuanto a su experiencia profesional, es Letrado desde octubre de 1994, adscrita al Turno de Oficio desde 1995, Administradora Concursal desde 2008 (inscrita en el Registro de Administradores Concursales del ICAAlzira), Responsable de la oficina de Mediación hipotecaria en 2014 del ICAAlzira y Tutora de Prácticas Formativas Externas de la Universidad de Valencia desde 2005.

Además, la Letrado Directora viene de una tradición de jurisperitos: su padre fue Don Germán Arroyo Herrera, distinguido y prestigioso abogado por más de cuarenta años en el partido judicial de Alzira.

Doña Paz está especializada en: derecho de familia, derecho bancario y reclamación de daños y perjuicios en swaps, obligaciones preferentes, subordinadas, acciones, derecho penal (alcoholemias, tráfico de drogas, malos tratos) y reclamaciones de responsabilidad patrimonial de las Administraciones Públicas.
Es Diplomada en: Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos por el ICAV, Diplomada en Reparación del Daño Corporal (accidentes de tráfico, lesiones, riñas, etc.), por el ICAV, Diplomada en la Nueva Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, también por el ICAV, Diplomada en Práctica Forense Administrativa por el ICAA, Diploma sobre Especialización en Menores, por el Consejo Valenciano de Colegios de Abogados, Diplomada en Derecho de la Circulación por el ICAV, Diplomada sobre Ley de Extranjería y reglamentos por el ICAA, Diplomada por el CVCA sobre guarda y custodia compartida, Diplomada por el CVCA sobre Responsabilidad de los Administradores de las Sociedades de Capital, Diplomada sobre Ejecuciones Hipotecarias y Participaciones Preferentes por el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Castellón, Curso de Alta Especialización en el Tratamiento doctrinal de la Jurisprudencia Civil y Mercantil del Tribunal Supremo, por el ICAV y Curso sobre la reforma del Código Penal por el ICAA en 2015.
Además, es mediadora profesional en el distrito del Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Valencia, habiendo alcanzado el grado de Master por el CEU, con un gran porcentaje de éxito en temas resueltos mediante la mediación y resolución alternativa de conflictos (en este proceso, el mediador dirige a las partes hacia un acuerdo que, independientemente, alcanzan las partes, consiguiendo mayor satisfacción respecto al resultado del asunto).
Es, también, especialista en administración jurídica de empresas, habiendo alcanzado el grado de Máster por la UCV y es administrador y mediador concursal en el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Alzira, habiendo conseguido el título a través del Colegio Notarial de Valencia.
Por último, Doña Paz es doctorando en derecho penal de la empresa, por lo cual actualmente el despacho se abre hacia el campo del Derecho de la empresa y su posible responsabilidad criminal (ver sección “Compliance«).
